Recycling Information for Students

With nearly 4,000 undergraduates, the student body of Providence College has a tremendous impact on the recycling efforts at the College. We believe that a well-informed student body makes for successful recycling and sustainability efforts in both residence halls and academic buildings.

Students should be familiar with recycling procedures campus-wide. Depending on where you are, there should be a tote, receptacle or bin nearby for you to place your recyclables in. The links on the left will show you what, where and how to recycle in your dorm and on campus, in addition to other helpful links. Also, the video to your right will show you “How to Recycle Right!” Please watch it!

As always, if you have any other questions about recycling at Providence College, you email us at recycle@providence.edu.
